Golf Putters Clubs

So i'm starting to learn how to play golf, so I'm looking for a set of clubs. Obviously I don't want anything expensive, considering I'm just a begginer, but I also want a decent set that won't hinder my performance too much.

I live in canada, and my budget is preferably under $800 total (including: Irons, Woods, Driver, Putter, Bag, Lengthening (I'm 6'3") + 14% tax)

I have a couple ideas, and wanna know what you guys think:
